Conference on the first year implementation of the Enterprise Management System( BES) in the Company's activities

On the morning of November 9, 2017, at the meeting room of the Company, Chairman of FOSCO Board of Members- Mr. Ngo Anh Tuan chaired the conference to preliminarily review the 1-year implementation of the Enterprise Management System( BES) in the Company's operations.
Attending the meeting were members of the Board of Members, General Director, Deputy General Directors, Controllers, Heads and Deputy Heads of specialized departments and units, Chairman of Trade Union and Secretary of Youth Union Company.
The conference went through the results of one year (from 10/20/2016 to 31/10/2017) to put into use of BES in the management of the company. Through the statistics, analysis, evaluation of advantages, limitations and exchange, discussion at the conference showed that this program has met the requirements well, helping the management of the company more efficient than before BES was implemented.
In order to exploit and use this operating system more optimally in the coming time, Chairman of the Board of Directors has directed the fast implementation of centralized solutions: It is necessary to add shared accounts by each unit, so that they can transfer all related documents, Regulations, regulations of the company, the legal documents into the general document folder so that all employees can access, catch up information timely on the benefits, policies, rights and responsibilities.... as well as periodically organize training sessions, improving information technology knowledge, by specialized trainings and by groups of users.
