Representative from FOSCO’s leadership visits and offers condolences at the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City

On the 26th of March 2024, Mr. Ho Trong Tri – Deputy General Director of the Service Company to Foreign Mission (FOSCO), on behalf of the Management Board of FOSCO, visted the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City and signed the condelences book in sympathies to the losses of lives following the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall on the 22nd of March.
Signing the condolences book at the Consulate General of Russia in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Ho Trong Tri expressed: “After Receiving news of the terrorist attack on March 22, 2024 at Crocus City Hall, Moscow, Russia, which caused injuries and deaths to innocent civilians, on behalf of The management Board and all staff members of the Service Company To Foreign Missions (FOSCO), we would like to express our deepest condolences to the Russian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and through the Consulate General to the families of the victims, the Government and people of Russia. We hope that the Russian Government and people will soon overcome this loss”
Concurrently, Mr. Ho Trong Tri also extend his greatest sympathies and concerns towards the staff of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City.
