FOSCO School Sends Group to Japan for Winter Overseas Trip

FOSCO International School proudly waved off a group of 10 children on its first ever Winter Overseas Trip on Saturday, December 16, 2017. The intrepid group will be spending two weeks in Japan, visiting some of the major cities and attractions, and learning about the culture there in English-language sessions.

The English-language academic and cultural program will be led by teachers from the USA, Australia and Japan. Students participating in the program will join in six Japanese cultural classes in English, an exchange with Japanese students, and visit many scenic spots in Japan. Students will stay in and experience the five Japanese cities of Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima and Tokyo.

This is a really exciting opportunity to discover and learn about the people, places and culture of one of the most fascinating countries in East Asia. The participants have been excitedly looking forward to this amazing experience for several months.

FOSCO International School runs Summer and Winter Overseas Trips every year. The trips are open for participation by children from outside the school, as well as our own students.
